Molly Naudi-PopickMolly is our marketing and paid media expert who blends creativity with data-backed strategy. With six years of agency experience and campaigns ranging from small business budgets to 7-figure spends, she knows how to spark demand and drive real growth. Her goal is to help brands grow so you can focus on the parts of your business you love.
When she’s not behind a computer, she’s probably teaching a Lagree class, scribbling in her journal, or walking by the ocean.
Jenny MaiHead of Creative
Jenny is our creative with roots in engineering and user experience design, which means every design decision is backed by a deeper understanding of how people actually think, navigate, and interact with what's in front of them. Whether it's a website, a brand, or a video edit, she collaborates with you on creative direction, pacing, and storytelling to make sure everything we create is aligned with your tone and built around your goals.
After hours, you can probably find her experimenting with design, getting lost in a fantasy or sci-fi book, losing balls on the golf course, or exploring coffee shops & bookstores with a matcha in hand.
